Rainbow Dress

I don't remember the last time I spent an afternoon in Target. Today my mom had to pull clothing for a commerical shoot and I down to come alone. It was really windy outside that day and the red circle I'm standing on was really warm so when I jumped off of it my shoes were sweatie. This was in Las Vegas and it was at least 100' degrees that day.
