Pastry Pets

Me, my Mom and sister were at Pike's Place Market on a Monday. I discovered Pastry Pets, made by Marnin Saylor. I thought the donut cat was beyond cute, and I wanted one. My sister bought herself a donut cat key chain, and I wanted to buy a mini-donut but I didn't have any money. I took a business card and found them on instagram. Of course the sweet treat lover that I am,  I needed one of these donut cat plushes. So I begged my Mom and she took me back to Pikes Place Market that Friday. I got the vanilla donut cat, which my mom offered to pay half for if I got the bigger one. I named my donut cat Vanilla Bean!
