Parfait Organic Artisan Ice Cream

In Ballard there is this place called Parfait Ice Cream. Before I even walked in to this ice cream shop a already knew this ice cream shop was going to be fresh! There was a herb garden in front of the shop. Growing in the planters there was mint, strawberry's, lavender and more. I thought to myself this must be one of the freshest places in Seattle. I mean Parfait is growing things right there outside of their shop! I got what was similar to a mint chocolate chip ice cream.  My favorite flavor of course. If  I could tell the owner of Parfait anything I would tell her her ice cream is the mint-ta-ist mint chocolate chip I've ever had!!!

Parfait picks herbs straight from there planter boxes outside the shop to make the freshest ice cream possible.  Pretty cool I thought. They even had strawberry's growing. 

Parfait Ice Cream is the bomb! In French, the word parfait means perfect.
