PNW has gotten pretty
Yesterday my friend and I decided to go on a run. I haven’t seen her in a while and she’s pretty much the only persons I’ve come into contact with and it’s the same way for her. I can’t wait for the corona break to be over. We decided to run 3 miles and since we haven’t ran since one of the first days of quarantine, it was a bit hard. At the beginning of the run it was fine but by the end going up hill it was painful. This is the exact reason why I can’t workout by myself… because I just won’t push myself as hard as I do keeping up with other people. We ran threw a forrest park and there were a few bikers and walkers. Besides that it was quite almost silent. You could hear the birds literally chirp. Even tho I’ve lived in Seattle for years I rarely get to experience the Pacific North West this way. I forget how pretty nature is sometimes, I know that sounds silly but when the worlds always in hustle bustle mode you usually don’t see the greenery or think to look up and see Inosculation of the branches. Is it just me that now that whenever I leave the house for a walk I noticed everything, weirdly the architecture of homes in my neighborhood are interesting to look at. I appreciate all the smallest things so much more. Thats my positive perspective on quarantine for the day.
